Six members of the girls basketball team were honored at the Nassau County Girls Basketball Coaches Association dinner. Senior Brianna McKeough was awarded Senior Scholar Athlete. Sophomores Leah Burden and Abigail Selhorn were awarded All County, while Sophomores Caroline McLaughlin and Giana McKeough were awarded All Conference. Eighth grader Erin Leary was also awarded All Conference. Leah also received Post Season All-tournament honors and Abigail Selhorn received Post Season Tournament MVP honors at the dinner. It was another great night for the County Champion Lady Frogs.


Congratulations to Luke Caliendo – junior – who was selected to play in the All American Lacrosse Classic in Richmond, Virginia this July.
This will put Luke in front of some of the best lax NCAA programs across the country.


The varsity cheerleading team placed sixth at the Nassau County Cheerleading championship at Wantagh High School. The team competed in the division 2 small category and culminated a stellar season — the second consecutive year it competed at this championship.

Congratulations to the Section VIII (Nassau County) team who placed 5th at the New York State Gymnastics Championship on Saturday, March 3rd at Cold Spring Harbor HS.

Congratulations to our Coaches JoAnna Judge and Heather Brumby and our Carle Place/Wheatley athlete, Joanna Signorile (10th grade) who placed 12th on Vault, 10th on Bars, 19th on Beam, 16th on Floor and 12th overall.



Congratulations to our Varsity Competitive Cheerleading team, who advanced to the Nassau County Championship on Sunday, Feb. 26 at Wantagh High School.
