On May 16, Carle Place celebrated its annual Commitment Day by recognizing 12 student-athletes who will be continuing their academic and athletic journeys at colleges and universities near and far — even as far as England.
The ceremony featured remarks from Director of Athletics Justin Block, who expressed his gratitude to the athletic staff, coaches, teachers and parents for their continued support of the students. He also praised the athletes for their commitment to successfully balancing academics and athletics.
Each student was invited to officially sign with their schools alongside their teammates, peers and families.
