Rushmore recently held its annual book drive in support of the Book Fairies organization, continuing a tradition that has run through the school library for more than 10 years. This year, parents, students and staff came together to collect 13 boxes of books, helping ensure that children in need have access to reading materials.
The Book Fairies have distributed more than five million books to those in need, and Rushmore is proud to contribute to the effort. Special thanks go to the sixth-grade volunteers who helped transport the collected books to their pickup location.
Through events like this, Rushmore continues to support a culture of giving and literacy, encouraging students to make a difference in their community—one book at a time.
