On May 15, Carle Place High School celebrated its annual Athletics Senior Signing Day where 13 student-athletes were recognized for committing to continue their academic and athletic careers at colleges and universities across the country.
Director of Athletics Justin Block opened the ceremony by recognizing the coaches, teachers, athletic staff and families who played an important role in supporting the student-athletes throughout their journeys. He also commended the seniors for their commitment and ability to excel both academically and athletically during their time at Carle Place High School.
The seniors then had the opportunity to speak and express their gratitude to the coaches, teachers, teammates and family members who supported them throughout their athletic and academic journeys. Following the remarks, each student officially signed with their respective college or university.

The event concluded with a celebratory gathering honoring the students’ hard work, perseverance and outstanding achievements.
