Members of the Carle Place Unity Club and Mr. Tonner’s Principles of Engineering 2 class collaborated to create a new welcome sign for the main entrance of Carle Place High School.

The sign celebrates the diversity of the Carle Place community by honoring the many languages, cultures and backgrounds that make the school unique. Designed and constructed through a partnership between the two groups, the project serves as a symbol of inclusion, respect, and belonging, reinforcing commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all.

By greeting students, staff and visitors with a message of unity, the sign reflects the welcoming environment that defines Carle Place High School and the values shared throughout the school community.
