tenth-grade Global History students at Carle Place High School

On Feb. 9, tenth-grade Global History students at Carle Place High School heard presentations by second-generation speakers from the Marion and Aaron Gural Jewish Community Center. The speakers shared personal family narratives and firsthand testimony, helping students gain a profound understanding of the Holocaust. Each session concluded with a meaningful question-and-answer period, giving students the opportunity to engage thoughtfully with the speakers and reflect on the importance of preserving these stories for future generations.
