Support the Carle Place High School Key Club’s food drive

Students from Cherry Lane and Carle Place Middle/High School took part in the JDRF/Breakthrough T1D Walk to raise awareness and funds for Type 1 diabetes research.

Through the proposed spending plan, student and staff safety remains a top priority. This year’s budget proposal maintains the district’s current security level and funds the addition of interior security strobe lights to help in emergencies. A full review of the proposed budget and propositions and a formal budget hearing will be held for any interested community members. In addition to voting on the proposed 2025-26 budget, there will be a second proposition on this year’s ballot. Proposition No. 2 requests authorization to use funds already in our capital reserve for vital building projects — without any additional tax impact! Improvements include Rushmore auditorium reconstruction, HS girls gym roof repairs, MS/HS fire alarm upgrades and repointing masonry and districtwide security updates.
