The estimated impact to taxpayers for Proposition No. 1 alone is approximately $12.82 on an average annual tax bill. The District is able to keep the taxpayer impact to a minimum with this proposition by utilizing funds from its capital reserve and timing the issuance of a new bond with the final payment on its existing bond. Together with Proposition No.1, Proposition No. 2 would result in a net annual increase of approximately $77.77 for the average taxpayer.
