Third grade students had a blast on their recent trip to Safety Town at Eisenhower Park! Safety Town is designed to offer children instruction in traffic safety, as well as pedestrian and bicycle safety. Nassau County’s Safety Town is a replica of a miniature village with an indoor educational facility. Third graders received classroom instruction, followed by hands-on experience using bicycles and miniature electric vehicles.
